At Dickles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our tops. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with a copy of your proof of purchase (with the RA number clearly marked).
- Ship Your Return: Ship your package to the address provided with your Return Authorization. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
